I’ve been here about 3 times now and it’s such a great bar! The service is always excellent, super quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks are unique and very good, they changed the menu the third time I came around and it was still very unique and delicious. I tried the food this time around and it was divine, loved the halloumi fries and the oysters were so fresh and the condiments paired so well with them. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, I love the dim lighting it can be great for date nights too. This is my go-to bar to bring people who are new in Ottawa to, I truly can’t find any other place like it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve visited Bar Ocelli twice now and it has impressed both times! I loved the little touch of the welcome cocktail. The drink menu is super inventive and each one comes with a story! Highlights for me were the Peach Melba and Matcha Affogato. The food menu consists of small plates and there is a decent variety - I believe 8-10 options out of which, I have tried 6 and would definitely try again. The staff are lovely and during my first visit, I had a nice chat with our server as she explained the background of one of our drinks. The ambience is very nice as well! Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Halloumi Fries, Beef Croquettes
